Delivery Information

As soon as you place your order we will send you an email confirmation, confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed. 


Once your order is complete, we will contact you to let you know it's on the way. All your details will be passed onto the couriers who will contact you should they need to. Someone will need to be at the property on your chosen delivery date to offload the goods. On larger orders more than one person will need to be available. We will need all contact details to pass onto the couriers. Should there be delays in traffic etc delivery may be later in the evening, you will need to have a contingency in place should this happen. Our couriers can often call when an hour away should you need them too. If the courier cannot be unloaded the goods will be returned to the yard and a re-delivery charge applied.

Heavy items of furniture will be sent on a pallet. The couriers will be able to unload  the item with a pallet truck but this is curb-side only. You will be responsible for getting the item into your property. This could mean you need numerous people onsite to lift heavy pieces. We always use a next day delivery service so this should be easy enough to plan, just let us know the date that works for you from Tuesday - Friday. The pallet network couriers cannot give accurate times for delivery, we book either AM or PM slots but these are not guaranteed and we strongly advise clients to allow for the whole day. We can arrange a dedicated courier service which is more expensive but also more flexible. Send your postcode so we can get a price for this service.

The Customer must be there on the day of delivery and is responsible for unloading goods with his/her own labour and without undue delay.
The customer must organise adequate labour to unload.
Failure to do so may result in the delivery being returned to our warehouse and a charge for delivery being made.
Space for the delivery vehicle will need to be reserved if the delivery takes place in a narrow road where there is no passing room for other vehicles. Any restrictions/weight limits must be explained in advance of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being returned to our warehouse and a charge for delivery being made.

Deliveries are to ground floor level only.
